How to track Internet uses in your PC?

It is very common to use the internet in PC or laptops. People who uses the internet on a fixed plan, they are usually worried about their internet uses. A simple solution is to keep track of the daily network uses to avoid the overuse. There are many applications and software available for the purpose. We will discuss some of them here.

Through Computer's Network and Sharing center: You can find the "Network and sharing center" option into control panel or in My computer. Once you click on it, you will see a list of the available networks along with the currently active network. In the network section, you can see the details of current internet uses by different applications in the system. The panel will show you upload speed and download speed for various applications.
